I love to meditate and have been doing so for years.
It was a little scary starting, because I thought I had to sit and not think for 20 minutes. That sounded crazy! My brain is too busy for that.
But I was all WRONG about meditation! Once I figured that out and the truth about meditation, it wasn't scary and I quickly grew to love it. My kids love it to, because I am a calmer, happier mom.
